As you know that the novel Corona Virus COVID-19 has been an all Pervasive and invaded the world with not only human resource assets deception at an accelerated pace by taking away several lives but also encroaching world economy with its negative impact of massive unemployment and starvation. We all are observing a huge surge in COVID-19 cases, hospitalization and casualties in last few days in India. Cases are being estimated by expert to be grown for next few weeks. India has the second-highest number of confirmed cases in the world (after the United States) with more than 17 million reported cases of COVID-19 infection and 195,123 deaths as of 26 April 2021. While our nonprofit organization UPMA - Uttar Pradesh Mandal Of America has been rendering all-round support to needy and underprivileged kids by providing the gift of education focusing Indian state of Uttar Pradesh (UP), we have shifted our primary laser focus from education to Covid relief effort in this hour of crisis in Uttar Pradesh, India.
Covid Relief Focus Programs
UPMA Covid relief effort focusing on:
1. Distribute mask + sanitizer + soaps kit
2. Food distribution to Covid infected patients and their families
3. Free vaccination drive to provide Covid vaccine
UPMA's vaccination drive will be focusing in multiple villages in Uttar Pradesh, India and nearby area to provide FREE vaccination to underprivileged, to people living in slum area's of Uttar Pradesh, labor working in agriculture, manufacturing, construction, and domestic helps.
UPMA is joining hands with other nonprofits organization and volunteer teams to provide rapid Covid relief . Helping Vigyan Foundation organization for medicine distribution, distribution of medical/sanitary kit, provision for vehicle for free of cost patient pick and drop facility and free food packets distribution for needy patients and their families.
UPMA is planning free vaccination drives in small villages in UP, India with help of UP government in coming months.
Our sister organization Saidham in Niswara and Faridabad, India already has demonstrated widespread endeavors made to feed thousands of people who have either lost their jobs and/or homes or continue to struggle to survive.
